HANDCRAFTED HOMES TO COLLABORATE WITH NATIONALLY
ACCLAIMED DESIGNER WILLIAM E. POOLE

HENDERSON , N.C. — HandCrafted Homes, a leading residential and commercial real estate developer with properties throughout the Southeast, has announced a partnership  - the first of its kind - with nationally acclaimed home designer William E. Poole to design a minimum of 10 system built homes in North Carolina , South Carolina and Virginia . HandCrafted Homes estimates that it will build between 200 and 400 of these homes during the first year while doubling the capacity during the second year. Territorial expansion is planned as sales increase.

The designs for these homes will be completed over a period of 18 months with the first to be constructed in late spring in Charlotte , NC . In addition to the initial offering of the William E. Poole DreamHome designs, there will be additional custom single-family homes and townhouses as demand dictates. All copyrighted floor plans are exclusive to HandCrafted Homes and protected by intellectual property laws.
