Having grown up in an old Dutch Colonial out in the country with wide open spaces, I longed to recreate this charm and quaintness for my city-born brood. I wanted space with warmth, modern conveniences without obvious intrusion, old beams in the ceilings and a loving, nestled look of belonging. The Hudson Valley II is the home of my dreams—the home where mine shall have dreams of their own.
